Dr. Howlett has taught these subjects in a variety of formats,at the undergraduate and graduate levels, in residency programs, and as continuing education units. She has designed and taught year-long courses, semester-length courses, weekend seminars, and three-hour web-conferences. She tailors instruction to the needs of a given group and level of experience with the subject matter.
- She has taught evidence-based practice for twenty years, and is lead author of a textbook on evidence-based practice for health professionals
